Refractory material pumping wet spraying machine design is reasonable or notdirectly related to the material is being pumped ability to meet construction standards.The main hydraulic system, transportation of materials pipe and nozzle three key designfactors to conduct research. With the improvement of the hydraulic system designstandards, the actual operating conditions of the hydraulic system simulation technology,simulation, analysis of the design problems that exist in the run from a kinetic point ofview; material continuous, efficient pumping wet spraying machine constructionstandards study materials flow within the pipeline, as well as the nozzle structure isparticularly important, the focus of this study. The main contents of this paper are asfollows:(1) On the basis of analysis of the NBS5refractories wet spraying machinehydraulic system, according to the working condition requirements, its loadcomposition analysis, re-calculation of the key parameters of the system andcomponents, into the machine of established wet spraying AMESIM platform. hydraulicsystem model and simulation; discovered the impact problem, the theoretical analysisand propose solutions and to verify the model. Design oil monitoring filtration deviceembedded in the wet spraying machine system to reduce the impact of oil pollution andtemperature rise on the quality of refractory pumping.(2) Based on fluid mechanics theory, analysis of refractory materials pipe flowconditions; pipe material flow model in a professional CFD software FLUENT platformto simulate the flow condition is proposed to ensure continuous delivery of materialsprogram. (3) The use of the analysis of the flow field analysis and optimization of thestructure of the spray gun, and the accelerating agent added, as well as the design windpressure overall optimal design and research, and to improve the process of injectionmaterial discharge uneven.
