In our country, car retains the quantity of residents also increases sharply, many families have more than one car. Therefore, the parking difficulty has become an important problem for the city to solve. The development and construction of the three-dimensional garage is an effective way to solve this problem. For our country, due to the stereo parking equipment research and development time is short, on the market, the three-dimensional garage that is being used exists many problems, as it does not meet the customer’s individual needs, using a process for a long time and low efficiency.While the Mass customization is greatly meeting the needs of customers and the needs of the society, it can be based on the original resources, the use of the same R & D cycle and research efficiency of mass production. The core of mass customization is the design of product family, and the product module design is the basis of product family design. In order to solve the problems of parking equipment, in this paper, it uses the research methods of mass customization, to design product family of the existing vertical circular tridimensional garage, and then on to meet the different needs of the stereo garage.In this paper, for the vertical circulation solid garage, it takes first module division is according to function. Using the bottom-up decomposition method, the total function of the three-dimensional garage is broken into the functional elements of the lowest level, and then the function structure chart is set up. It takes module division according to two aspects, from the demand criteria, the function and customer demand are scored to get the correlation of all function, using the method of dot product to achieve the fuzzy clustering of sub function,and get a modular scheme; In the functional criterion, according to the function structure diagram to get the garage generalized directed graph, by the generalized reachable chain, t modular scheme is produced. Taking the coupling degree of modules as the optimization objective, the function module partition scheme of the mechanical vertical circulation type solid garage is obtained comprehensively. On the basis of the function module partition, the structural modules of the parts of the bearing function are divided; then from three aspects which are connection, form and force, getting correlation matrix of components and parts,through problem elimination method, the module is divided again, to give the unconstrained and constrained clustering scheme of the structure module. The constrained module partition scheme is optimized by application of D-S evidence theory, matlab application is written,and the evaluation results are automated, to get the module partition scheme with higher satisfaction. The product family planning for the mechanical vertical circulation type solid garage is carried out, and the 3D module parts library is built, finally, the optimal allocation scheme is obtained. |
