Slope is seen in project construction, and the design theory of soil slope is very mature. Relative to soil slope, there are many equations need to solve for rock slope.This paper reference to the present codes and standards design soft rock slope, use elastic foundation beam theory calculate the internal forces of rib column, at last,analysis the stability of rock slope based on the energy method. The main theoretical contents are as follows:1.Three moment equation and five moment equation are usually used to solve continuous beam’s support force, and three moment equation is to solve continuous beam on rigid support. For statically indeterminate structures like continuous beam of multi collapse, simply supported beam as the basic system, moments at the redundant support as the unknown forces, then list the force method equation and solving get answers. This is the basic problem-solving ideas of three moment equation, it is simpler than using the support forces as the unknown forces to solve the problem.This paper use three moment equation method get reaction force, which is the bolt axial force along the rib column direction.2.Elastic half space model think that any concentrate force on ground surface not only affect sedimentation values of the point, but also the others. And we can get the specific sedimentation values from J.V.Boussinesq’s answer. This paper based on elastic half space model theory, reaction force work together the ground reaction force that after the rib column to get rib column internal forces.3.Energy method, also called the plastic limit analysis of upper limit method,starting from the point of energy conversion rate, and establishes a virtual work equation in the movement permission field, which can be defined with speed, and we can use solutions of this equation as answers of question. Rock slope often have joints,cracks and fault planes, and in most cases, slope slide along these flaws, and we can build the equation on this discontinuity speed surface. Consider the impact of rid pillar bolt’s reinforcement, role of water between cracks and seismic forces on slope stability, we can list equations according to different shapes of slip surface, like single linear type and plotlines type, then calculate the safety factor of slope with strength reduction method to get safety factor of slope.
