Steel-concrete composite structure is a global stress structure which connected steel and concrete structure together by shear connectors. This structure can make full use of excellent tensile properties of steel and compressive properties of concrete. Thus, make reasonable use of material properties, force structure is reasonable and good seismic performance. Shear connectors is a key component of the two working together, and the performance is advantageous or not is direct impact on joint force and collaborative deformation of steel-concrete composite structural members.The shear connectors are mainly used to bear the longitudinal shear force between the reinforced concrete flange plates and steel girder of composite girder structure and are a critical component to ensure steel and concrete composite structure joint force and collaborative deformation. To improve the performance of perfobond connector, achieve better economies and promote the use of targeted, offering a new type connector which made an opening in top edge of inverted T steel beam web, arranged continuity serpentine steel bar in top edge of an opening and then poured into concrete. Authors designed and made 15 push-out test samples composed of 7 different groups and accomplished the ultimate bearing capacity tests of the 15 test samples; respectively investigated single factor influencing the ultimate bearing capacity of this shear connectors are the strength of concrete,the opening,perforated rebar,serpentine steel bar and the ratio of stirrup reinforcement; studied failure mode and failure process of the samples and obtained a calculation formula; analyzed the bond-slip behavior. The conclusions show that this new type perforated plate connector has great bearing capacity and good ductility under the same conditions.The new type perfobond connector's performance is not only related to the strength of concrete,the opening,perforated rebar,serpentine steel bar and the ratio of stirrup reinforcement, but also about different circumstances of each element, such as steel plate and thickness, the ratio of stirrup reinforcement and the size of serpentine steel bar, perforated rebar and the opening and so on. Another factor also can not ignore is the interaction between the elements, such as the size of perforated rebar and the opening. In this paper, through the collection of domestic and international experience of existing experimental data and formula, the calculation formula is amended. In this way, we can make up test conditions and limitations, get reasonable, reliable and appropriate method.
