In recent years, with a growing developed economy, the traffic construction investment from our the state keeps increasing, meanwhile, the light rail construction of city brought a great convenience for livehood,economic and traffic operation.This paper practices combining with Ningbo Yu Wang Ling Tunnel Engineering Project to reseach. The tunnel is located at the south of the Yingluo Village 329 national highway. The tunnel,1380 m long, is the border of Beilun and Yinzhou district. very close to Beilun feeder for railway freight transportation, the rail and famous A YU WANG temples in Zhe Jiang. this paper is mainly composed of the analysis and evaluation of the tunnel’s stability of the surrounding rock. The priority is to ensure the construction quality as well as its security and stability,the stability of surrounding rock is evaluated on spot. Through obtaining the monitoring data in time, the deformation of surrounding rock is evaluated and forecasted. Through numerical simulation to analyze the influence of inside construction to the stress and strain of the surrounding rock, the surrounding rock’s destroying mechanism is studied. The monitoring data from different grade of deformation of the surrounding rock, compared with and the numerical simulation result, can feedback certain accumulated construction experience of design and construction to the construction of tunnel, And finally evaluate the stability of surrounding rock, this work covering the following contents:Firstly, this paper analysis the engineering geological condition of Yu Wang Ling tunnel on spot, the geological conditions of region, including the geological structure of region,the earthquake of region,the formation lithology of region. the geological conditions of tunnel area. including the formation lithology, the geological structure, the hydrogeological conditions,the bad geological effect and so on. and then have a qualitative analysis to the characteristics of the surrounding rock in the tunnel site area. according to classification of surrounding rock,for different levels of surrounding rock having different deformation and destroying characteristics, combining with the above information, analyze the stability of surrounding rock roughly,for example analysis and evaluation of the tunnel’s stability of hole body,the slope of into the hole and out of the hole.In addition, monitoring the measurement is obligatory to prevent the tunnel from collapsing and the surrounding rock from deformation, thus influencing the projects quality and schedule and bringing certain harm to the people working there. by the on-site monitoring measurement in time, it can mainly monitor the surface settlement of the entrance to the cave, the vault subsidence of the body of the cave peripheral convergence, the settlement of the rail road’s two sides, the blasting vibration test, bolt stress test and the ground subsidence of A Yu Wang temple buildings, Through the deformation measurement data of surrounding rock of measurement construction in the sence more than a year, it concludes surrounding rock stress and strain regularity during the construction process and has a main monitoring to the area with broken surrounding rock and area with low conformity, and select several different level section of surrounding rock to analyze its stability according to the monitoring results in conformity with relevant standards and combining with the design, construction and monitoring programs.Finally, This paper selects the broken surrounding rock area, especially the area in the mouth of the cave for the deformation of surrounding rock mechanical model, set up 3D engineering geological model of the tunnel,and then select related parameters calculation software FLAC3 D to set up model for broken section of stress and strain characteristic of surrounding rock before and after excavation and support of the tunnel,And through comparison with the results of monitoring data,it can feedback and guide the construction.which can forecast the construction risk and have a reasonable expenses and security guarantees. the study achievements of paper will bring engineering reflection and experience for the tunnel design and construction. |
