The mechanisms of sludge collection and transport in urban drainage-wells is the automation equipment. It can collect sludge in our industrial city. It solve the problems that low efficiency by artificial dredging and It avoid the threat that harsh environment of drainage-wells. At present it is in the initial stage that research on mechanisms of sludge collection and transport in urban drainage-wells. The technology is still not mature. The low efficiency of dredging and problem with cord attaching is a common problem. The equipment is difficult to pass through the wellbore to collect sludge widely. Therefore, it has a very practical value to solve the problem research on mechanisms of sludge collection and transport in urban drainage-wells.Based on describe of the domestic and international development, the internal structure of drainage-wells is summarized, and the main component of sludge is analyzed, this paper designs a new mechanisms of sludge collection and transport in urban drainage-wells and uses the principle of kinematics analysis to verify its rationality. Ultimately, the hydraulic control system is designed.Designed a new mechanism with mud scraper, there is a determined relative motion between sludge collection grab and mud scraper. It can avoid to produce spillover of sludge and improve the efficiency of sludge collection; as the same time, this paper designs a new mechanism with dredging mechanical arm. It can pass through the wellbore and it can produce horizontal and vertical movement by control of hydraulic system. this paper realize passing through the wellbore to collect sludge widely and avoiding residual sludge in urban drainage-wells.
