Power quality analysis system is an professional tool in supervision and analysis of power quality, with basic power parameter measurement, harmonic analysis and many other features. playing an important role in improving power supply.In this paper, ARM/FPGA are innovatively used as dual processors to achieve high precision of data computing, incorporating the parallel computing of FPGA and multitasking capability of ARM. To avoid spectrum leakage problem invoked by the fluctuation of frequency in power grid, PLL technology is used to trace frequency of input signal, thus laying good foundation for the subsequent computing.Through the research on power quality parameters measurement and related digital algorithms, the best algorithms are adopted to complete the design of power quality analysis system. Firstly, basic power parameters can be computed directly by their definitions. Then Hilbert transform based on FIR filter is choosed to compute the reactive power, improving calculating precision in the situation of non-sinusoidal signal. Lastly, FFT algorithm is used to make harmonics analysis of current.In addition, a test system based on the designed board and electrical source is built. Basing on this, a few groups of tests which can represent are done. According to testing results and error analysis, the designed device is stable, precise, satisfying the demand of the design.
