With the increasing growth of population and development of economy, the demand for more land resources is larger and larger. However, the limit and scarcity of land resources contradicts with the growing demand for them. To resolve this problem, reclamation of land from the sea is undoubted a better way to solve the contradiction. But land reclamation will also bring some subsequence negative effect, such as influence on the hydrodynamic situation in this area. Thus in order to reduce the influence of marine water power, making evaluation on water dynamic change of land reclamation in time can realize the sustainable development of the region. In this paper, the tide and tidal data between 2005 and 2013 were used to analyze the tide, tidal current characteristics of Oujiang sea area and compared the change of tide and tidal current before and after 2007. The POM model meanwhile was introduced to simulate tidal current with the condition of the coastline and shoreline in 2007 and 2011, draw the schematic diagram of tidal current field of Oujiang area, and analyze the change in 2007 and 2011. In this paper, the main work includes:1. Systematically introduces the domestic and foreign research on background and significance of reclamation engineering on Marine environment, elaborates current research results, the main research methods and contents of this paper.2. Summarize the relevant information on Oujiang River Estuary and describe the natural situation, meteorological phenomena, hydrologic characteristics and conditions of construction in detail.3. Based on the collected measurement data of tide and tidal currents in the Oujiang River estuary and the comparison with data before and after 2007, introducing data in 2007 as a reference level, the result found that the monthly average height of both tide low and high tide has a weakening trend in Da Mendao station; according to the measured data of harmonic analysis results, 2M constituent has a little effect on the sea area, and the number of type of tide has slightly increasing trend in Beiji station; surface of the flood current velocity, in the vast majority of the Oujiang River tide stations, is lowering, while LX5 increased; the maximum ebb of all stations decreased from the maximum ebb. And the tidal ellipticity at LX5 station showed a decreasing trend, the mode of motion for tidal current change into reciprocating flow and most of ellipticity measurement station does not change.4. The POM model was utilized to simulate the Wenzhou sea coastline in 2007 and 2011. The simulation results have shown a good agreement with the measurement data and found that the sea has the diurnal inequality of low tide and tidal duration consistent feature. In addition, the characteristics of tidal current only changed in the project construction near the sea, the other area not. In the sea area of project construction, most of the regional tide performed northwest trend, but the flow changed a little.
