| In the eighties and nineties of the 20 th century, the designers like this architecture when they design bridges and many T shaped rigid frame bridges were built in our country. After ten years or decades of traffic operations, there were a lot of diseases and damages in the T shaped rigid frame bridge built in the early age because of severe overloading of vehicles,improper maintenance and other reasons.In this paper under the engineering background of Malan Bridge in Taierzhuang Shandong Province, use the model simulation analysis and load test to study the static and dynamic properties of the bridge. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly use Midas Civil 8.2.1 software to establish the simulation analysis model of the bridge, firstly it analyzes the influencing factors of the maximum deflection of the cantilever end, provide recommendations for follow-up retrofitting, based on "highway reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete bridge design specifications"(JTG D62-2004) analyzes the ultimate limit state control section of the main beam bending capacity and shear capacity,checking the limit state under the main beam the main tensile stress and deflection and lasting condition under normal stress and principal stress of the main beam, the results show that in addition to the main tensile stress, the content analysis calculations are to meet regulatory requirements.Design theoretical program of the bridge static performance test, in accordance with the designed test program to load and unload, the Malan Highway Bridge in each test conditions,the measured value to control stress and test section measuring point deflection and static analysis of the theoretical values obtained were compared to study the static performance of the bridge, the findings show that the elastic properties of the bridge is not completely elastic poor working condition.Before the bridge dynamic performance tests, first use finite element software to calculated and analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the bridge and extract the dynamic analysis of the bridge the first five modal, detailing the selection and testing of the measuring point excitation mode the arrangement, the individual test conditions Malan bridge dynamic performance tests measured data and theoretical comparison of the data analysis, the study of the dynamic performance of the bridge, the findings indicate that the overall stiffness of thereal bridge is less than the design value, on the existence of cracks place.Finally, the response spectrum analysis method to respond to Malan Highway bridge under earthquake were investigated, consider the four cases to calculate girder bridge pier top and bottom section of the moment in the E1 and E2 earthquake and shear displacement and the maximum cantilever pier-side and top three directions and extracted data were analyzed and found to shocks in all directions on the law of the seismic response in all directions,based on "Seismic Design of Highway Bridges Rules"(JTG / T B02-01-2008) of the bridge piers were checking, checking results show that the bending properties of the bridge piers,pier plastic hinge zone bottom shear behavior under earthquake and pier transverse displacement meet regulatory requirements. |
