Steel box girder suspension bridge not only beautiful, big spanning capacity, structure simple, but also good force structure and good economy, so it is one of the main forms of structure of long-span bridges in contemporary social. With the progress of society and the rapid development of technology, the need for better construction technology to complete more and more long-span bridges construction, in the cross-river and cross the Grand Canyon. So, the research that the linear and internal forces of long-span suspension bridge cables and steel box girder of Freezing Mountain plateau is a very important value. In this paper, I will research the linear and internal forces of cables and steel box girder by theoretical calculations and relying on just completed a steel box girder bridge.First: This paper introduces the history of domestic development and overseas development of suspension and researches suspension structural deformation and stress characteristics of freezing mountain plateau. This paper analyzes the main content of research for suspension in the special climate, and talks theoretical calculation methods of suspension cable shape. I set up finite element model of suspension send calculate the theoretical parameters required of the construction process using the finite element method, in order to guide the construction of suspension.Second: Analyzing the five composition component of suspension may exist the errors and sources of error in the manufacturing and construction process and analyzing the error range.I put empty cable linear and cable power of the main cable、the main cable linear and cable power of the suspension completed、steel box girder linear and internal forces as control objectives and research change rule and amplitude of control objectives, by sensitivity analysis of error parameter, in order to identify the primary and secondary parameters and let the construction results meets the design state.Finally: I research the change rule of bridge structure completed for suspension of freezing mountain plateau environment. I collect the actual environment temperature of bridge site and the temperature difference between the structures of sunshine. I set up suspension structural finite element structural model using finite element program. System temperature simulates the measured environment temperature, and temperature gradient simulates the temperature difference between the bridge structure of sunshine, in order to research the change rule of the main cable linear and cable power and steel box girder linear and internal forces of the suspension completed. The combination of low temperature and static loads produced by freezing rain simulates frozen load. I hope that the research of this paper will provide reference suggestions for the design and construction of the future same type of bridge.
