In this paper, the hydraulic driving system and hydraulic lifting system of a tyre carrier of 50 ton is studied.Tyre carrier is one of the most important devices in the construction of loading and lifting engineering.It is used widely in the port and the girders field.With the development of high-speed railway, It is particularly important to build bridges for moving the concrete box girder. As an important tool, The demand of tyre carrier is increasing. In this paper, the hydraulic driving system and hydraulic lifting system that is the most important component of a tyre carrier are studied.The author made the dynamic analysis and parameters calculating on the hydraulic driving system and hydraulic lifting system and completed the design and parameter matching of hydraulic driving system and hydraulic lifting system.The selection of the main hydraulic components and control principles and methods of the study were also accomplished in this work.In the environment of AMESim software,The simulation model of hydraulic driving system and hydraulic lifting system are established.Based on the model, the simulation and calculation was done.Throngh the simulation,the author studied on the driving capability, accelerated capability, the impact of uphill speed on the hydraulic driving system, linear load, emergent load on the hydraulic lifting system.The feasibility and the rationality of the design of hydraulic system is verified...
