| Asphalt paver is an essential machine in highway construction, and the quality of its work is directly related to the performance of the paving roads. The speed stability in the process of paver operations is a key factor that affects the quality of paver work, thus it has profound value to analyze the stiffness of paver’s traveling speed.Based on theoretical analysis, the thesis got a simulation model of the traveling system. And the simulation analysis of traveling speed was done combining with the relevant parameters of prototype and load spectrum in the course of paving work. Suggestions were provided on the reasonable design of paver’s traveling system.By analyzing the expression of static stiffness of speed, it was found that the main factors affecting the stability of paver’s operation speed is paver’s traction and the performance of the various components in traveling system. So considering from the hardware, the major steps to improve the stability of paver’s operation speed were matching the traction with the load, improving the transmission efficiency of traveling system and optimizing the configuration of engine and crawler traveling mechanism, which were mainly rely on application of new technology in control of the engine and the structure of crawler.Based on the expression of the stiffness of paver’s traveling speed, solution was proposed to fine-tune the displacement of pump, thus the significance and effect was proved to add the closed-loop work gear. In order to further analyze the influence of closed-loop control on stiffness of paver’s traveling speed and explore the value of the parameters in closed-loop control system, the thorough analysis was done by studying the transfer function. And the control parameters were given according to the basic parameters of the prototype. Finally the simulation model of traveling system was obtained.By doing test on the prototype it was proved that the traction, slip rate and closed-loop control was 3 factors influencing the speed stability. And by using the simulation model of traveling system, the step response and speed variation under the actual load were analyzed. On the one side, the influence of improving hardware parameters on the stiffness of paver’s traveling speed was proved, on the other side, the conclusion was stated that Fuzzy-PID control system is an important method to improve the stability of paver’s operation speed,while the effect depended on the reasonable control parameter values. |
