With the rapid development of highway construction, In view of our country the constructed highway have been undertakes small vehicles is increasing year by year, large vehicle axle load, traffic volume and other characteristics. Dense graded asphalt stabilized macadam mixture road compared to traditional has a good temperature stability, durability and anti-fatigue performance excellent, it can better adapt to the pace of highway construction in our country.Well designed dense graded asphalt stabilized macadam mixture not only have higher fatigue resistance and flexural strength, and has high strength and durability, at the same time for reflection cracks, water damage of pavement structure can alleviate, extend the service life of asphalt pavement, has the important practical significance and economic benefits to improve the quality of the asphalt pavement, In this paper, through the analysis of the domestic and foreign development status of asphalt stabilized macadam mixture, select the Bailey method to design 0.9-0.6 of four different CA ratio distribution in the ATB-30, and then through the SGC gyratory compaction molding. In order to achieve easy compaction to achieve the purpose of energy saving in construction, and has a good performance in operation, this paper to analyze the compaction characteristics through dense curve slope and energy index, it is easy to find when CA=0.82 construction is easy to compaction, and after opening to traffic is difficult to generate deformation recovery. Then according to interior beam bending fatigue test by Weibull probability distribution, to establish and analyze P~S~N and P~?~N fatigue estimated equivalent equation under the different reliability, simultaneously compare the fatigue properties of ATB-30 with different gradations. The results showed that the gradation with higher CA value reflects the higher anti-fatigue properties. Therefore, this paper selected CA=0.82 as the best method for grading design, and from the actual pavement load interval, crack propagation and climate factors, select the appropriate coefficient to correct indoor fatigue test in order to estimate the fatigue life. At the same time,provide a reference for pavement design and material selection.
