| In recent years more people pay attention to traffic accidents caused by natual or man-made factors. Because when an accidents happens,it always results in multi car rear-end collision, sickness and death,serious economic loss and bad social Impact. Therefore,how to construct an efficient and effective emergency system of highway traffic management has become an import and arduous task.According to this situation,we’ve invented a safety warning system on highway based on the Geographic Information System (SuperMap GIS) with Adobe Flash Builder programming language.The main contents in this paper are as follow:Ⅰ. With 2D and 3D SuperMap GIS technology vivid virtual scenery is built in a simulation system that allows users to directly understand the actual situation and make good decision.Ⅱ. Considered all kinds of possible traffic accidents that accured until today, a detailed monitoring plan has been designed and put into effect.Ⅲ. Combined with the actual traffic accidents,an information release system has been designed and put into effect.This paper first described the analysis of the two kinds of traffic accidents----accidents caused by natural factors and by man-made factors, and the current situation of highway in monitoring, information publishing. Considered the actual situation, we study on the specific section of a highway to make a detailed system building design. Second it described the theory of system design and implementation in omnibearing display, publishing informations and preparation of accidents. The system meets the needs of solving emergent traffic accidents, Improves the management of road safety,and secures people’s traveling. |
