As a new light source, LED light source is not only energy saving, environmental protection, long life and characteristics of small size, but also has the advantage of ease of control, dimming and low power consumption, compared with incandescent light sources. LED will replace the traditional incandescent, halogen, fluorescent and other light sources, becoming the fourth generation light source. Meanwhile, China should advocate energy saving, reducing energy consumption, saving the capture of key technologies in the field of energy, the energy-efficient, long-life semiconductor lighting product development as a priority topic.This paper has designed a low-power LED controller and system based on LLC resonant system. The controller can drive one or more way LED string lights. The interior design of the control circuit voltage is 3.3V with analog dimming and PWM dimming controling mode while using LED brightness compensation.This paper describes the development in the world and several commonly used technical features of LED controlling circuit topology, giving the advantages and disadvantages of several control circuits. Then the knowledge of LLC resonant circuit is sorted out. The paper also introduces the key technologies of several common control modes and LLC control modes. This test mainly describes the role of key modules in the circuit, including bandgap reference module, 3.3V LDO module, the input voltage limiting circuit Buffer module, and external architecture modules. Finally, we use the HSPICE to simulate and vertify the overall function of the entire controller. validation of the soft-start function mainly designed for low-power LED controllers and systems, PWM dimming and analog dimming and other functions. By testing the controller and system performance, problems are analyzed and the reasons are found. We optimize the system to meet the key indicators of the controller and the system.
