| After 30 years’reformation and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly to a high level. The old city pattern can not meet the needs of modern life, so a large variety of infrastructure projects increased. Project management becomes an important question to the national economic development. Projects’quality has directly influence national development and people’s life and property safety. It also has a strong influence on national economic advancement and social stability. So, it is very crucial to ensure projects’quality using reasonable and scientific methods during the process.Since the reformation, Qingdao City’s economy has been developing continuously. The city’s overall quality and comprehensive strength has been increased a lot. The economic dimensions expands quickly and the speed of industrial structure rationalization process is becoming higher and higher. In 2007, Qingdao City government approved the investment plan of infrastructure construction and social commonwell projects in Qingdao Development Zone in order to accelerate the construction of Qingdao new economic development center. With the carrying out of many construction projects such as the Large Oil Refining, Petrochemical Industrial Park Construction, South Port Construction Projects etc, Zhoushan Island Street Reconstruction Project emerges as the times requires.This thesis studies the quality management elements in the whole construction process of Zhoushan Island Street Reconstruction Project on the basis of the actual development situations of this project. Firstly, this thesis talks about the theories related to the research project, which provides a theoretical basis for the following discussion. Secondly, this thesis introduces Zhoushan Island Street Reconstruction Project in details including its quality management actual conditions. Thirdly, this thesis analyses the whole significance and deep effect to implement strict quality management measures to Zhoushan Project. Fourthly, on the basis of the above discussion, this thesis Thirdly, this thesis lays great emphasis on the studies on the Quality assurance of Zhoushan Island Street Reconstruction Project. It discusses the quality management methods during the project process and analyzes the quality assurance and quality controlling factors, what’s more, this paper finishes the quality inspection using the methods such as porosity n, deformation modulus Ev2 and dynamic deformation modulus Evd. Moreover, this thesis made some practical suggestions on how to deal with several key problems which seriously influence the whole project quality during construction process. |
