In recent years, with the development of economy, the quantity of elevators grows fast and elevator safety problems cause concern. The traditional teaching mode can not meet the requirements for practical operation of elevator installation personnel, and the quality of teaching is low. As practical training on-site has higher requirements for space, equipment and teachers, we build an interaction simulative environment using Unity3D to do the elevator installation. The installers could install an elevator in a network environment and achieve the purpose of efficient teaching througth the system.This thesis describes the development process of the elevator installation interaction simulative system based on the business needs of standard installation of elevators with machine room. The system is designed and implemented based on Unity3D technology, and includes three parts of information management pages on network, Unity3D interaction simulative platform and configuration tool of elevator installation process. Information management pages provide users a network platform to manage personal information and courses information. A web-based Unity3D interaction simulative platform is built to provide users with a graphical user interface to meet the demand for practical operations of elevator installation process. Process configuration tool provides a visualization platform for the process engineers to do the elevator installation process configuration. Process engineers could configure elevator installation process of system by the tool, and the system is for students to learn. Based on MySql database, MonoDevelop and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, the interactive simulation system is developed with C# language, and meets the standard installation requirements of elevators with machine room.In this thesis, firstly, the subject background and current development status of Unity 3D are mentioned. Secondly, the related technologies, which are applied in the design and implementation of elevator installation system, are described and analyzed. And detailed description of the business requirements of standard elevator installation is given. Thirdly, the overall design and solution of the platform are introduced. Then, the design and the goal to realize of every module are analyzed. After that, the implementation of every module in Unity3D interaction simulative platform and every component of process configuration tool are specified in detail. And the test methods and results of elevator installation system are illustrated in the test part. Finally, the conclusion to this thesis and the outlook of it are given for further study.
