IH(Induction Heating)electromagnetic heating technology, is currently the most advanced rice cooker heating mode, thoroughly solved the heating plate of a few big drawbacks.IH technology principle, that is, through the electromagnetic coil to connect the alternating current, thus directly to the metal tank for heating, as a result, over the heating plate heat conduction process, makes up relatively quickly.And there are a lot of high-end IH cooker, introduces multistage coil, implements the surrounding the heating of the bladder, and realize the absolute evenly heating.The simulation mainly includes two steps, establish the simulation model and simulation experiments. First of all, establish a system to a more in-depth understanding and grasp the motion law of the system. We not only should have a qualitative understanding to the system,but also analysis system and integrated system quantitatively. So that they can more accurately to solve engineering, nature and all kinds of complicated problems in realistic society. At the same time, the most effective way is to set up the physical model of the system, and use the efficient numerical tools and the algorithm to computing solutions of the system model.Through simulation on IH magnetic field and thermal field distribution of the rice cooker, we research the magnetic field distribution of the existing IH cooker under different parameters and configuration. And the influence of the changing magnetic field distribution on thermal field distribution. Structure standardized model before the simulation, to verify the simulation results. The use of building model to reconstruct the nature of the process that occurs in actual system and through a series of experiments on system model to study the existence or the design of the system, also known as simulation. Here about the model, including physical or mathematical, static or dynamic,continuous or discrete, and so on all kinds of models. Magnetic field distribution in the process of simulation, able to visualization, quantitative measurement and can be the result of the simulation. At the same time to calculate according to the magnetic field intensity and load material thermal field distribution and visualization.We can customize different structural configuration parameters, and can calculate the coil plate model under different electrical parameters of the magnetic field strength. But also to compare the effect of different configuration scheme can do(visual effects, and thecontrast data). When the simulation data, parameter calculation model of the custom have corresponding test data and theoretical support documents. In addition, the simulation model to draw support regular drawing tools(CAD and Pro/E) of the output file format. Simulation rendering can output for the use of office files, exciting source can output changes the dynamic change of cloud effect.By using the simulation software,like ANSYS and Ansoft Maxwell, and SolidWorks drawing software to achieve the research purpose. We can explore deep step for real. We can be more comprehensive grasp all details and internal function.And we can improve products to improve business efficiency. We fully grasp the skilled application of modeling software, simulation software. Then we carried out on the physical simulation,,draw valid conclusions and apply it to the production practice, in order to provide basis for its implementation and theoretical basis.
