With sustained and rapid devel opment of the national econom y,and continuous enhancement of the national comprehensive strength, air conditioning and refrigeration are playing a more important role in national economy. At present, with the popularity of the internet in our country, network technology is also widely used in air conditioning monitoring. Among distributed air conditi oning equipment system, the m easuring, collecting, controlling and monitoring data system are undertaking great changes, users pay more and m ore attention to the cost and the risk of operating and m aintenance remote equipment. There is an unprecedented challenge for its subordinate telemetering and remote monitoring software platform. That is to redu ce the co st and risk of the equipment to minimum within its se rvice life and shall convert the remote site data to service information better, so as to im prove and optimize the equipment maintenance work of the end user.Based on the current situation of the air conditioning status monitoring, and fault resolving technology, this thesis describes a practical system which ca rries out remote synchronization monitoring of air conditi oning running status, and diagnoses the equipment faults, even do early faults alert, based on the real-tim e data gathered from computer network.The development of this system includes two parts, the hardwa re system and the software design. For the hardware system, we choose suitable hardware required for this project embarking from the functions, cost and ef ficiency balance, also with consideration of the user’ s requirements and the actual dem ands of air conditioning monitoring. In software side, we choose King-View 6.52, which is suitable for industrial control application, according to the actual situation of the air condi tioning parameters. In communication, this system uses King-View web server for network transmission. In database, we use the King Historian industr ial database m anagement software to achieve parallel data acquisition and clien t application. In addition, King-View also achieves data linkage, data analysis and report printing of the air conditioning running parameters. This thesis describes in detail the implementation of hardware and software systems.This thesis enables the academic and business community to overcome time and space differences. Thus, it will both solve the inefficiency in trouble resolving due to a shortage of professional air cond itioning technicians and let the a ir-conditioning research institutes make good use of the fi rst-hand data m onitored with the real equipment system in their theoretical rese arch and technological progress. The thesis has both social and economic values.
