The attention from the world to the safety problems of coal industry, especially for large motor state monitoring technology, are showing rapidly development trend. Motor mainly used to drive crusher, pumps, hierarchical sieve, screen, scraping trigger, belts machine and other large equipment. Three-phase large rotating machinery is widely used in industrial and commercial equipment. The big motor used in industry for three-phase frequency50Hz, they can ensure the normal production of manufacturing, and guarantee the safety of all production processes.Therefore, for the coal industry, it is very important to installation of more effective and reliable monitoring and control system. It relates to the safety of the people and the country's economic assets. However, due to some large-scale coal mines monitoring technology has continued the traditional characteristics and want to save some minor costs, they often ignore the major security. The new monitoring system development related to the pace of progress of the development of enterprises; related to business development and growth. For some of the shortcomings of early monitoring system can not keep up with the development of modern technology, some new problems can not be out of condition monitoring of rotating machinery fault, rotating machinery monitoring and fault diagnosis system requires a comprehensive upgrade. In the industrial field, the escalation of the monitoring system is of great strategic significance.This article mainly studied on-line monitoring of the motor from the following several aspects, combining with actual and good results have been achieved.1. This article is mainly monitored the main motor of Yanzhou Coal Mining Group in coal preparation plant, and describe the system design in detail. It also discussed the PLC and configuration king application, analyzes the hardware applications. It has a brief introduction of the principles and practical applications of park vector and information fusion technology.2. This article gives various equipment selection of the monitoring system. It gives a focus of discussion about hardware device applied to monitoring system. Then the following several parts on the monitoring system design include diagnosis system overall structure, hardware selection, software programming and final diagnosis system for analysis. The whole monitoring system includes a host computer, the next crew, as well as the field applied to the power acquisition module, temperature sensors, vibration sensors, etc.3. This article described the whole monitoring system for a detailed illustration and the practice results confirm the correctness and feasibility of the monitoring system design. The monitoring system features strong and the market prospect are broad, which will make contributions to the development of China's motor monitoring and fault diagnosis.4. On the basis of the combined application of PLC and King View, it used online applications to line monitoring the motor. It has also been successfully applied in the coal washing plant. The fault diagnosis system of course is also unsatisfactory, but it has important reference for the field application. It played a very good reference for the future to achieve the full range of monitoring and fault diagnosis of the motor.
