Along with the new homemade aviation equipment deployed continually, the technical demand and difficulty of aviation equipment maintenance are increasing, to satisfy all deep fixing requirement for some domestic third generation airplanes, the testing equipment is also highly demanded. Past testing equipment has the problem such as the long period and low use, etc. This thesis introduces a kind of Automatic Test Systems designing method according to the Virtual Instrument(VI).The realization of the system independent examination and fixing, adding a good premise for the first deep fixing to the third generation airplane, based on the AFCS research of some airplanes and solution to various technical difficulty of the system gradually.The thesis expatiated the basic concept, development situation and technical difficulties of the automatic examination, military bus technology, Virtual Instrument firstly, then introduced the basic situation of AFCS, including the principle analyzing, technical analyzing and testing requirement analyzing.By means of analyzing, one total design scheme of the system is brought forward according to the Virtual Instrument(VI),a hardware configuration scheme is specially introduced, including the solution to the prompting and measurement of the analog signal, DS, discrete signal and bus signal;Meanwhile,the thesis introduces a kind of software programming method,such as object-oriented framework and multi-threading program according to the Visual C++ of Microsoft. The testing system is the Virtual Instrument(VI)basing on the CPCI and general module, composes the testing platform with high dependable, maintainable and safety module. The software of testing system is connected by DLLs, drivers, testing main program and testing results.To validate the accuracy of system designing, the thesis also dissertates some signal simulation, function testing, method of product testing and checking attentions, The result is that the checking system can satisfy the checking demand.
