SL Airport Mapping Project Progress And Quality Management Research

In the early period of the national development plan and basic infrastructure, accomplishing surveying and mapping project in the scheduled with good quality will strongly guarantee national basic infrastructure and urban development. Moreover, it will lead the development of national economic construction. But under the complicated measurement conditions and premium precision requirements, one of the key surveying and mapping project quality problems is taking which kinds of quality system will satisfy surveying and mapping requirements at the same time accomplish the whole surveying and mapping project in time. Based on the South-West SL airport case, in this paper, which is requested 5 times preciser than general project, and the analyze of restricting surveying and mapping project schedule factors and management quality key factors, we find out a break-through point to optimize the surveying and mapping project progress and quality control and some obstacles which exist in the surveying and mapping project operation procedure. At the same time, we build up the progress and quality management system; come up with specific optimization countermeasures for the analyze and research of project procedure obstacles in practice. It aims to provide more reasonable suggests for the procedure control and quality management of comprehensive large or medium surveying and mapping projects. The management system we built up had been used in the practice and it works out in great effect. The main conclusions we can reach are lined up as follow:(1)According to the features of surveying and mapping project, under WBS method to compile an abstract for schedule, we must guarantee the key timing of the it and find out the key technical problems and restricting factors between every two adjacent timings. As to the airport surveying and mapping project, it includes: rationality of the measurement points in GPS and leveling measure way.(2)Analyzing the main effect factor of the project quality through three aspects of human equipment and data,aiming at avoiding all the system dangers and eliminating all the non-system dangers as danger management, according to this case actual project conditions, we come up with airport surveying and mapping project quality management system.(3)The surveying and mapping project quality management system includes internal and external aspects. The internal aspect includes every key parts,as for the precision of the measure mark, clean up the measure environment and the equipment, design of the network, the measure height of the antenna. We can improve the quality of the project by the means we mentioned above. The external aspect includes carrier independence Module-processing and Random-supervision。(4) In this case, which is highly effected by the external conditions, the project quality control and management system we build up sets up some rules about quality inspection, quality evaluation.
