| The quality control of the project is an important part of the engineering project management. Long-term since, our country’s project management is an extensive management pattern, and with the development of the country and the process of urbanization speed up the traditional management mode is more and more limited, and the key to the success or failure of the project is a project quality. Therefore, the project quality management also becomes the focus of the project management now. Construction project quality management aims to discover the presence of system factors, so as to take timely corrective and preventive measures, make the project quality is always under control.In this article, first analyzed the shao-min Chen’s former residence memorial construction environment and the construction background of the project. Here we through on-the-spot survey, field sampling and find the information of construction engineering geological hydrology situation has carried on the detailed analysis, determine the construction scheme of the project. As far as possible in the design of the corresponding energy saving measures, such as around the memorial hall is decorated with drainage construction sketch, and green belts, through the analysis of local climate and seasonal wind, the memorial hall door, window and ventilated place with drainage photograph echo, so in the summer can effectively reduce the temperature of the museum and the surrounding, save some electricity.Then on the basis of project characteristics we formulated the corresponding quality management plan. First clear the project quality goals to achieve, the acceptance of the provisions of the state and reach the weifang fine engineering standards. Then using the method of index trend quality cost of this project is analyzed and it is concluded that the total quality cost is about 0.414% of the total budget, and clear the quality prevention cost 29.33% of the total quality cost, quality appraisal cost 28.67% of the total quality cost and quality loss cost account for 42% of the total quality cost. Finally, three aspects from the target, system and responsibility to establish the quality management plan.Then we according to the quality management plan is engaged in the former interpretation, three approaches for the project at various stages of the key points of quality assurance, quality control, content and method, and the quality of the key parts of the form has carried on the detailed elaboration, analyzes how to guarantee the quality of key parts in the process of construction and specific criteria.Is again according to the key points of each stage of quality assurance for the project of the concrete quality control. First put forward the project’s quality management system and the corresponding system construction, then according to the three stages of the construction process at various stages of main control points of the quality management work, put forward the specific measures for implementation and inspection standards, and check for the unqualified project put forward the concrete treatment method. The last is still exist in the project are put forward in this paper.In the final is through the implementation of this project, we found that the traditional management way difference compared with the total quality management and application prospects for total quality management in the future. |
