The dual clutch automatic transmission (DCT) is in manual transmission (MT) with hydraulic automatic transmission (AT) is a new type of automatic transmission is developed on the basis of MT, DCT has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, simple structure, and the advantages of the AT power shift, so that the vehicle has good shift the quality and the vehicle power performance, economy, has become the new direction of the development of automatic transmission cars, has been widely applied in the market and achieved good economic and social benefits.Clutch DCT is adopted in the wet and dry two kinds of structure. Compared with the wet dual clutch and dual dry clutch has the advantages of large transmission torque, torque transmission characteristics of stability, long service life. But for the vehicle starting and shifting process in order to avoid the power interruption and good ride comfort, always keep two clutch friction so as to generate a lot of heat cause the clutch to clutch temperature rise, temperature has a great influence on the performance of clutch, the high temperature will even cause the clutch friction plate ablation, clutch failure. So the control of clutch temperature rise is one of the key indicators of wet dual clutch bearing capacity and service life.Firstly, the transmission of the main five types were analyzed, from the system structure, working principle, development status and other aspects of the DCT transmission automatic transmission is the most suitable for the type of China conditions, has good prospects for development, is the direction of the development of Chinese automatic transmission.Combined with the dual clutch module of FAW DCT products encountered in the development of one of the failure modes:clutch ablation, the DCT transmission principle, system structure, characteristics and other aspects, the temperature rise characteristics of wet clutch is studied to solve the problem, starting from the angle of development, elaborated the clutch temperature model in order to protect the significance of clutch ablation problem does not occur.Analysis of wet dual clutch temperature and cooling mechanism, main influencing factors and control of temperature rise of the clutch from the analysis of theoretical research results and prior to the. Establish a framework for the clutch temperature model, established the clutch temperature model by using Simulink software. In order to make the temperature model calculation results are more close to the real situation of the vehicle, the unknown parameters of the temperature model to take the bench test method to obtain, through the analysis of the clutch in the vehicle condition, formulate corresponding bench test conditions, obtain the temperature model of the unknown parameters, the completion of the development of temperature model. The temperature model was developed after the simulation of clutch on the vehicle more stringent conditions:large throttle opening, crawling, experiments are carried out on the bench; the calculation results are consistent with the measured results of clutch temperature model.Through the analysis of the flow characteristics of the hydraulic system theory, determine the key factors influencing the clutch cooling flow, first established the DCT transmission assembly on the basis of the clutch cooling flow bench calibration method based on an accurate calibration of the clutch, the clutch temperature cooling flow, applying the model of the vehicle is more accurate and reliable. Temperature model is integrated in the vehicle after the vehicle reliability test, after 80000 kilometers, the clutch does not occur ablation, proven clutch temperature model is effective, reliable, is to meet the requirements of vehicle clutch temperature control.
