| The management work of Guizhou mobile construction project is faced with many problems, such as management system interface is not clear, lack of system, the management process of key points is not standardized, information technology is not perfect and so on. Based on the full study of the present situation, this article puts forward the construction project value chain management theories and methods to optimize the construction of the management, in order to break through the predicament of the low management efficiency.Firstly, this paper researches the whole life cycle management and its characteristics and define the concept of value chain and the value chain of construction projects, then constructe the project value chain model by combining with the various aspects of the whole life cycle and the elements of project management.Secondly, we analyzes the ideas and methods of management system on the basis of studying the core elements of the management system. And the next three steps are using the method of process optimizationto form a standardized workflow by framing work flow form by the construction of project value chain model and the hierarchical decomposition of the individual activities, designing the organizational structure by combined with the key position in the process of formulating standard and work responsibilities, building system of hierarchical by implement the standard work flow and the division of responsibilities of the requirements in the management system, and structure the blueprint of informate system after using the method of the top-level design to make management processes, functions, system implementation in the information system.Finally, the paper analyzes the specific methods and steps of applying value chain model to optimize the management system and verifies the effect of the implementation of the optimization model based on value chain taking the wirelessproject management system of Guizhou company as a case. |
