| This paper based on detailed analysis of the Axial compossor control system’s research situation, discussed main technical characteristics, key technology,such as configuration, PLC programmable controller software design and field bus technology etc.Based on the engineering background, research and discussion on the design of a new generation of Axial compossor control system, provide a overall project according to the user’s production line automatic control requirements.The control system uses SIEMENS Corporation S7-414 H series PLC, WinCC7.0 configuration software, built a distributed PLC system based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus protocol,integrate the industrial control computer system and the programmable controller, then use the modular object-oriented programming ideas, the application of configuration software system WinCC, used in the project, design the control interface,the graphical interface configuration, variable configuration and global script design, to realize the software of Axial compossor control system achieve the requirements. The practice proves that the system has advantages of friendly interface and stable operation performance. |
