Since the reform and open policy, our country in order to give priority to promote the development of heavy industry, segregation policy in urban and rural areas, and finally the formation of urban and rural isolation structure system of two yuan. And building occupies a large proportion of the total consumption on energy consumption of resources, so the urban village reconstruction problem cannot be simply put off reconstruction so simple, but need to consider reconstruction of building energy saving, green features such as high efficiency, environmental protection, this also is the inevitable developing trend of the future construction.Until today in development of urbanization, urban villages reform has become an urgent problem. Different scholars research the problems of urban village reconstruction, including from sociology, economics, architecture and urban planning, etc. Multiple perspectives. Currently the vast majority of research from the Angle of the present tense and the longitudinal study, rare from the perspective of low carbon energy saving, according to a certain urban village reconstruction strategy, opinions or referential Suggestions are put forward.As a breakthrough point, this paper research in He Fei on the urban villages-the final Zhu Daying, building integrated environmental performance of the site construction field survey, data collection, data sorting, comprehensive evaluation, multi-angle analysis of the existing problems for its transformation to provide the reference basis and theory support in the future. This article is based on Japanese building environmental performance evaluation system of CASBEE evaluation method to evaluate this plot.
