With the rapid development of economic globalization, maritime trade has become an important means of international trade, at present,80% of the total international trade is transported by sea to achieve, the shipping industry has become a pillar industry in international trade.Ship is an important carrier of international trade, the number of ship is constantly increasing, and ship are constantly enlarged. Because of this, supervision and management methods cargoes which may liquefy also appeared in a series of problems. The past and the present size of the vessel has changed, then the past and the present acceleration of the ship may also vary and thus may have the goods during transport impact. So it is necessary to study the movement of the ship for cargo liquefy transportable moisture limit determined by the impact. In this paper, the IMO voyage simulation obtained by the acceleration data size of the ship, wave load calculation method was validated. Factors wave height size and acceleration of weather and sea conditions and size of the ship during the voyage for the next encounter comparative analysis,200,000 tons bulk carrier bow acceleration acceleration is less than 50,000 tons bulk carrier bow,200,000 tons Stamping bulk carriers can produce 50,000 tons of bulk carriers than energy generated is small. According to the conclusions made then IMO survey data for further verification, from the perspective of actual observation, select iron ore powder goods in more than 100 observational data is very close to the water content in Proctor Fagerberg C test measured suitability transportable moisture limit of the case, From compaction and cargo goods is fluidized two observations, analysis of cargo loading and unloading in front of the contour, compacting the amount of goods to determine whether the goods fluidized give with 200,000 tons Capesize shipping iron ore during the voyage, the cargo in the cabin there was no significant movement, did not appear fluidized. Then get the measure TML 200,000 tons bulk carrier cargo of iron ore fines loaded with more stringent Proctor Fagerberg C. Finally discussed earlier proposed with Proctor Fagerberg C test to measure the TML 50,000 tons of iron ore fines bulk cargo shipping goods, TML by Proctor Fagerberg D test measuring 200,000 tons of iron ore fines. According to the analysis of this paper, hoping to liquefy process supervision and management issues encountered cargo can play a guiding role.
