In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, people also pay more and more attention to the quality of living environment. Therefore landscaping undertakings have made great development, followed by knapsack mower is more widely used. But the development of knapsack mower in our country is late, depth study is less, so whether it is all there is a certain gap with international standards from the production or use standard. Therefore, in this paper, I do the noise measurement of knapsack mower through experiment, acquire relevant data and use related methods of ergonomics, analysis of the effects of noise on human focus capability and heart rate variability. This provides a basis for the development of future standards and the use of Knapsack cutting machine noise specification irrigation areas. The situation in development of domestic and foreign garden brush cutter for analysis based on, combined with the relevant technical standards and selected Carter BG140 knapsack mower as the research object, measure the noise of BG140 when it is in the maximum engine speed idling, in the maximum engine speed cutting grass and in the maximum engine speed cutting branches. According to the measured noise data, factors that may affect the actual operation of the operator the ability to focus, operator’s age, operating time, designed to test the ability to focus on orthogonal experiment. Then do the univariate analysis and analysis of variance of the result by using SPSS, several factors come relations, including noise and operator between the ability to focus. Choosing the quiet state and the states under the noise of 75 dB (A).80 dB (A)、85 dB (A)、90 dB (A), we do the experiments of noise impact on human heart rate variability. Affect the relationship between heart rate variability and noise, obtained with respect to the relatively quiet state, increasing the noise level has a significant effect on the mean value of the HRV based on the test data analysis.
