Cement concrete roads as an important form of pavement structure play a significant role in China’s economic development, which has accounted for more than half the mileage total mileage of our grade. But the cold season in the Northeast region, the harsh climate and environment seriously damage the durability of cement concrete pavement, resulting in reduced service life reducing road performance. So combining the province climate characteristics, explore cold areas to improve the durability of cement concrete pavement technology has practical significance.According to the research literature and theory, put forward suitable for cold areas to improve the durability of concrete constituent materials:nano-SiO2, nano-TiO2, fly ash and steel fibers and cement concrete in cold regions to determine test methods and test equipment durability, including strength test, frost resistance test, resistance to chloride ion penetration test, bubble spacing test and wear test. For fast, accurate, and adapt to the actual situation of the construction site, frost resistance test using the quick freezing method; resistance to chloride ion penetration test using electric flux method; bubble spacing test uses stereo microscope with wire method.In this paper, different materials were concrete mix design, and then through the nano-cement concrete, experimental studies of fly ash concrete and steel fiber cement concrete, suitable for cold areas to explore the characteristics of incorporation proportion;.Through research and testing of the above mechanism, the use of integrated cost and level of analysis method is suitable for cold regions of cement concrete economic analysis conducted to evaluate the incorporation of this region for the concrete material.
