Reasonable developmentand sustainable utilization of the scenic resources are an important part of the master planning of scenic sites.This paper make an effort to study the scenic resources in a way of the historical changes.Based on the research of the local annals,the literature books,the paper and monograph about scenic resources,the paper focuses onthe intrinsic motivation for historical changes of scenic sites, summarizingthe sequence of the changes of the scenic resources in defferent historic dynastise,providing a reference on the protection and utilization of scenic recourses,and play an effective role in cultural promotion.Nanyandang maintain scenic area, located in southwesternPingyang county in Wenzhou,with an exquisite natural and cultural landscape. Since the eminent monk called Yuanqi built a temple on the mountain primarily,the scenic resources of Nanyandang went through a evolution process from formation,development, decline to renaissance in one thousand years.They were in a form of point shape distribution when emerged,then seried into line,lastly became a planar shape distribution, formeda systematic and organic aregional pattern.This article can be divided into the following three parts:In the first part, the factors which resulting inhistorical changesare put forward,including the natural mechanism and cultural motivation. And summarizing the regular pattern of the historical changes of the scenic resources.The second part is the principal part of this article, By using the history of china fromthe dynasty of Xijin as a vertical clue,and in a horizontal perspective with social economy, population migration and major events,summarizing the historical changes of Nanyandang to make a mutual corroboration.The third part is the conclusion and expectation,in this part, theories are combined with practice, expecting to offer reference and guidance for the subsequent development and construction ofthe Nanyandangmountain scenic area.
