Today, the living level of people continuously are changed rapidly with the frame structure well applied in construction projects in China and the rising of the low carbon ideas, people gradually begin to re recognize the importance of the aerated concrete block. There are still a lot of problems in the process of the study, for example, the cracks of the concrete block infilled wall are obvious; The macroscopic crack is one of the main forms in the cracks of the aerated concrete wall;Not only the appearance of buildings directly are affected but the exterior wall cracks may also lead to leakages. With the aerated concrete block wall applied to various types of non bearing infilled wall, the cracks problems are also gradually increasing. Not only the cracks are many kinds,but the causes are also perplexing. To solve the problem of cracks of infilled wall has important practical significance to design and construction of building engineering, not only meeting the requirements of the service function,improving the quality of construction, but reducing the conflict between the owners and the construction side.This paper analyzes the types and causes of the aerated concrete infilled wall cracks, introduces some previous methods of cracks control,and studies the effect of the cracks control in the research. This paper puts forward "sloping laying method"and the effect of crack control.This paper surveys several obvious cracks of the teaching buildings and the buildings under construction and occupancy frame buildings of Central South University of Forestry and Technology, and sums the form and distribution of the infilled wall cracks by using the method of investigation; references the previous research results and valuable research experiences by using the method of literature research; and obtains the some common types, location of the cracks formation, and explores the main reasons and formation mechanism of the cracks preliminarily through analysis, summary, integrating the results of the method of investigation and literature.This paper introduces some common cracks prevention and control methods mainly from the three aspects of material, design and construction, puts forward "sloping laying method", including the selection of building materials, construction process and the method of operation, elaborates the basic idea of cracks control of construction technology of sloping laying method, and gives assurance measures of the technical quality of sloping laying method.This paper models the aerated concrete infilled walls under conventional building form and sloping form by using the SOLID 45 elements in the ANSYS, the two walls are the same size in the length and width. Then applies the same temperature load on the two walls.Observes the stresses distributions and deformation of these two walls after applying the same temperature load on these two walls and analyzes the effect of the cracks control of the two.In the last of this paper summarizes the analysis of the content of the front, elaborates the advantages and drawbacks of sloping laying method, gives the conclusion about the feasibility implementation and looks ahead.
