| In recent years, the different video surveillance systems have been applied within the units of the State Grid Corporation at all levels. However, it is because the units at all levels failed to implement it in accordance with the "four unity" principle of the State Grid Corporation of informatization construction that the phenomena of the disunity of planning program, technical standards and interface standard as well as the interdependence of the video surveillance systems, the inconformity of technical coordination and the failure to be share the visual resources of video surveillance,across units, resulting in a waste of resources.In this paper, according to the fact that for the lack of unified video surveillance system within power grid enterprises, such problems as the independence of each other of video surveillance equipment and platform of systems from different manufacturers and models as well as the failure to share the visual resources of video surveillance together occurred, we conduct our analyses and studies by combining the actual situation and application characteristics of Benxi Branch of the State Grid Corporation and complying with the development, design, and interface standards of the SGC video surveillance system. And we put forward the system design and realization of power grid video monitoring platform which correspond the actual situation and the business needs of Benxi Power Supply Company. It synthetically uses streaming media technology,multiplex buffer technology, media data frame recognition and buffer technology. After four months construction, basic research work and the implementation of the plan compiling, as well as preparation and testing of software and hardware have already completed. In order to ensure normal operation of the unified video monitoring platform and realize the unified monitoring and managing, it has equipped with 14 substations,and 337 cameras points included in 40 business offices. |
