In the network planning, determining the substation site location is a crucial part. Its result not only directly affects the safety and reliability of the structure of whole network and electricity supply, but also produces an effect on the economic benefits of the power network investment operation. The substation as an important part of power system, is not only the superior power(power plant) of the load point, also is the lower level network(users) power supply point. To choose a reasonable location of substations, and to plan substation location scientifically and rationally will make an impact on ensuring the rationality of the power grid of the overall system and the safety and reliability of the power network operation. Determining the location and scope of supply of the substation scientifically and reasonably can effectively reduce the system of cross regional cross power phenomenon, so as to improve the efficiency of power system management and operation. Therefore, how to fully absorb the expert advice of comprehensive scientific analysis of influence factor and to construct a comprehensive evaluation model scientifically and rationally for making a scientifically decision is crucial and has great significance.This paper firstly analyzes and explains the research background and status at home and abroad of Yongqing Liaoyuan 220 kV substation locating in detail. Besides, we introduce the relevant theory of substation location. Then, we introduced the general situation of practical engineering Yongqing Liaoyuan 220 kV substation project and site option 1 and option 2. The problem may be viewed in various ways, such as geographical location, hydrology geological, seismic intensity, water supply and drainage, power grid structure, load distribution, corridor, urban and rural planning, land acquisition(relocation and compensation) and so on. According to the above method, the analysis between site option 1 and option 2 have done, and get the result that option 1 is more suitable for Yongqing Liaoyuan 220 kV substation. Finally, constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of Yongqing Liaoyuan 220 kV substation location options and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. According to the actual situation to make a comprehensive evaluation on the site alternatives, and after analyzing and summarizing the evaluation results, we obtain the optimal location scheme for Yongqing Liaoyuan 220 kV substation. |
