Huaihe river basin water resources uneven temporal and spatial distribution, interannual runoff changes, the obvious contradiction between supply and demand. Flood resources occupies a large proportion of water resources in Huaihe, has not been fully utilized. We can effectively alleviate the situation of shortage of water resources in the river basin by using the flood resources of Huaihe. Taking Linhuaigang project, Chengxihu flood storage area, and Bengbu sluice project as the research object, this paper studies the Linhuaigang project in the flood and non flood season impounding scheme in the precondition of satisfying the requirements for flood control by using the main channel and the West Lake flood storage area accumulation part of flood to enhance Huaihe’s flood resources utilization rate. Based on the analysis of different storage scheme of Linhuaigang dam on the stage of dynamic water level, estimate the increasing of the supply water and guarantee rate of water supply under the different impounding scheme. Study on the influence of different storage schemes in Bengbu sluice by numerical simulation.The main contents of this thesis include the following aspects:(1) Based on the quantity and quality of regional water resources, through the analysis of the status quo level of development and utilization of water resources in the area, reveals the problems in the area of utilizing water resources in the current situation.(2) Classify the demand for water of the study area, analyze and forecast the economic development demand for water resources, calculate the water required for present year and planning level year. On this basis, calculate the initial water balance, by research the Bengbu gate of the water demand and water supply of the Linhuaigang, analyze the current year and planning years of supply and demand balance of water resources.(3) This paper gets the impact on water resources of Bengbu sluice after the impoundment base on the SMS software hydrodymanic model RMA2 to select a best impounding scheme. Focus on the analysis of the influence on Bengbu sluice by two schemes in the main flood season after impoundment.
