| In development of Xinjiang’s economic and the project promotion of the power transmission from west to east and the influence of special geographical environment and historical reasons to Xinjiang.the original of 220kV power network with voltage and low transmission capacity is small, the lack of transmission capacity has seriously restricted the development of Xinjiang. Therefore, there is an urgent need to build with higher voltage level of power grid, in the government and the State Grid Corporation of investment, the Xinjiang region need to vigorously develop the 750kV ultra-high voltage(UHV) power grid construction, to meet the "power transmission from west to East" and the demand of social economic development in Xinjiang. This paper analyzes the overview of the development demand of Xinjiang power grid, pointed out the shortcomings existing in Xinjiang existing 220 kV power grid, from Xinjiang of nature, society, resources, environment and economic construction general introduced Xinjiang 750 kV ultra-high voltage power grid construction role in promoting the development of Xinjiang. After having summarized briefly northwest 750kV power grid construction, focusing on the construction of Xinjiang 750 kV UHV power grid three "five years’plan", especially in the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period of investment and construction sequence is introduced, at the same time, from the "Xinjiang East electricity transmission" project and national unity two aspects pointed out the effect of power grid construction and 750 kV ultra-high voltage grid work in promoting the development of new energy. The results show that Xinjiang power construction is developing rapidly and vigorously develop the power also need to strengthen 750kV power grid construction to improve the security of transmission scheduling. Through Xinjiang power flow analysis showed that regions of Xinjiang electricity generation and unbalanced, resulting in the trend of large-scale and long distance transfer makes the protection action of the system, affecting the normal operation of the power grid. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the 750 kV ultra-high voltage power grid construction, maintaining the grid stability. At the same time, due to the Xinjiang power grid was long chains,750 kV power grid needs a large number of reactive power compensation, this paper analyses Xinjiang 750 kV substation reactive power and reactive power allocation, and gives the improvement measures. This article in the analysis of the Xinjiang 750 kV power grid and the northwest power grid parallel stability analysis, it is concluded that reduce the damping of Xinjiang power grid in the network, increase the risk of low frequency oscillation and need to through the control unit stability of Xinjiang power grid stability. Due to the new energy power generation is intermittent and randomness, in Xinjiang power grid, wind power and photovoltaic grid connected power generation caused by power quality decline and even lead to instability, need to strengthen the regulation of new energy power generation and power to stabilize, and the need to control the size of the new energy grid connected power generation. In the end, some suggestions are put forward for the new energy generation and grid connection, in order to hope the safe and stable operation of Xinjiang power grid. |
