Online Energy Monitoring And Indicators Management System Of Thermal Power Units

With the increasing seriously of energy saving, people paid much more attention on performance analysis of thermal parameters and failure diagnosis in power plant. The traditional Off-line thermal performance test has got much defects,such as the long test cycle, manual readings and the heavy workload of manual calculations, the tested data lack of real time. Therefore, on-line monitoring the index and data of units and then analysis and manage it has become a inevitable trend in thermal power plants. This thesis based on on-line energy management project of Guohua Cangdong power plant. Comparing with energy consumption teat methods of the traditional thermal testing ways and the quality situtation while the units are in the operation. This thesis discuss that on-line energy measurement with real-time system of power plant. And first established on-line analysis of energy consumption test and indicator management system, and then take corrective action, optimal operation and improve the actual efficiency of the generator set, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
