Research On Intelligent Power Distribution And Intelligent Power Utilization Planning Of Zhuji Power Grid

"Strong" and "smart" are two basic development requirements of modern power grid. Strong and smart grid is strong and reliable, economically efficient, environmentally clean, transparent, open, friendly and interactive grid. According to the requirements of the State Grid Corporation of China, combined with the power grid own characteristics of Zhuji, based on the existing skills and experience, to strengthen intelligence grid system construction as the main task,this paper put forward concrete implementation plans for the intelligent construction of distribution network and power utilization.Meanwhile,the plans keep up with trends, lay a solid foundation for future expansion and improvement of function, and made an important basis for further development and research of intelligent grid projects.In this paper, intelligent power distribution system and intelligent power utilization system are established.And the structure and function of each part of intelligent power distribution system and intelligent power utilization system architecture are explored.On the basis of the development status of the grid of Zhuji City, four aspects, distribution link, utilization link,dispatching link and communication link,of Zhuji intelligent power grids status are analysed, and points out the problems.According to the smart grid overall planning objectives,four aspects of the power distribution automation system, system architecture, secure protection, communication protocols, fault handling model, are introduced.The intelligent power distribution terminal and the communication network configuration of distribution side is studied.According to the overall planning objectives of intelligent power utilization,three aspects of the utilization information collection system,system architecture, master and communication systems,intelligent meter and electricity information collection terminal, are introduced.The electric vehicle charging stations and intelligent community management are studied.Finally, combined theoretical and practical point of view, economic and social benefits of the smart grid construction of Zhuji city are analysed.
