Research of Advanced Metering Infrastructure is mostly focused on terminal,communication technology and the basic function. However, study on application ofbasic function data relatively less. Therefore, it has become the trend of intelligent powertechnology that guiding users to use electricity economically and improving theirelectricity consumption habits according to price information of the Power Grid Corp.The purpose of this paper is to research a household electricity strategy based onintelligent power system, through the strategy can reasonable adjust the workingcondition of electric equipment, users achieve highest quality, spending the least amountof electricity charge. Firstly, it introduces a family intelligent power system based onadvanced metering infrastructure. The household electricity strategy is divided intoelectricity planning and energy management. The equipment energy consumption datafor household energy management are come from household electricity planning.In the study of household electricity planning, combined with the Power Grid CorpTOU price information, taken the start time of electricity equipment as the decisionvariables, and the minimum household electricity costs as a planning goal, householdelectricity planning model is established. Household energy management model is aimedat adopt the electricity grid and PV power combined power supply. In this paper, theconsumption of household energy is divided into indoor temperature consumption, hotwater consumption, battery consumption and electric appliances in planning. Finally,household energy management optimization control model has been established. Whichconsidering the physical constraints, and taken the indoor temperature power, the heatingswitch variables, battery power as control variables, tracks the requirements of the indoortemperature and hot water temperature, take the highest-quality services of roomtemperature and hot water and the least expense of electricity as target.Aiming at the household electricity planning model and home energy managementmodel in the paper, designs optimization methods based on genetic algorithm. The paperanalyzes the constraints of the control variables of home energy management model, andthe corresponding adjustment method is given. In order to verify the validity of geneticalgorithm in solving the household electric model, the simulation experiments have beencarried out to the algorithm. The results of the simulation prove that the method caneffectively save the user’s electricity bill.
