With the rapid development of China’s power industry to high-parameter, large capacity for large-scale thermal power generating units dominated increasing, but its consumption of water is also considerable. Contradiction between water has become an important factor restricting the development of most parts of China. Research and development and promote the use of air-cooled power plant technology, will build rich coal, water and electricity load center area of large-scale power plant has opened a way to save water. Although direct air-cooling technology is currently used is quite mature, but there are still many problems direct air cooling unit safe, reliable, economical and stable operation of some major technical problems, especially in periods of high temperature air temperature on the unit operating parameters, security, economy impacts. In this paper, the parameters affecting the operation of a power plant 600MW Direct Air Cooling Unit by environmental wind to be elaborated and theoretical analysis, analyzed and summarized Direct Air Cooling Unit steam consumption rate, heat rate, power generation standard coal consumption rate, back pressure, wind power and other operating parameters the relationship between temperature change and laws, using MATLAB software simulation of the impact on air temperature operating parameters for direct air cooling unit. For a power plant due to high temperatures, windy weather makes air-cooled radiator cooling effect of variation, the unit back pressure, resulting in the problem of limited unit output, sprinkler system reform implemented for this purpose are discussed, and finally test results through a typical working conditions analyze, draw conclusions. Spray can effectively control the unit back pressure, thereby improving the economy and with load capacity of the unit, the actual operation of the plant for the future with a certain guiding significance and reference value.
