Our reserves are extremely abundant wind resources in recent years began to develop wind power, such as Sinovel, Goldwind and other wind power companies progress rapidly, wind power technology has been mature. However, China is one of the countries the use of wind power were started relatively late, compared with the United States, Germany, Spain, the world’s wind power technology is more developed countries, the lack of nearly 20 years of technology accumulation and precipitation, wind turbines run stability given the still large gaps.Sinovel SL1500 production model, is the use of doubly-fed VSCF power generation system the mainstream wind turbine type, is Sinovel Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. production of 1.5MW large-scale wind turbines, has installed capacity of nearly 8000, is Sinovel’s main product, but also the country has the largest installed base models. However, due to the design of the model earlier time, it appeared on the scene to use in a number of problems, including serious damage to the generator bearings, lightning destroyed the device, loop filter and serious damage to the device, resulting in lower utilization of wind energy wind turbine, wind turbine output It is not high enough and the higher cost of maintenance devices and other issues, which has become the prevalent wind farm operation process problems.From the design perspective, the existence of the unit in order to solve the above-mentioned operational deficiencies and improve the health of the models, reduce operation costs, the family unit to analyze the problems and find the root cause.
