This article combines the Internet of Things cloud platform technology with engine combustion test technology,and creatively develops a set of free piston compression ignition test measurement and control platform that integrates remote data storage and multi-device access functions,including local compression ignition test pressure and piston displacement data.Accurate collection and remote storage and remote interactive platform development.Mainly carried out the following work:The displacement acquisition device of the experimental bench is developed to adapt to the single-cylinder free piston compression ignition device self-developed by the research group,and the method of displacement measurement is improved to improve the overall measurement accuracy.Based on the authorized invention patent of the new piston movement displacement measurement system,design and develop a high-speed displacement detection device with photoelectric sensor as the core.The MCU acquisition program development is carried out by directly operating the registers,and the Io T communication module and the Alibaba Cloud Io T device management platform are configured to realize the real-time and accurate collection of experimental data and remote storage.For the data acquisition test of the homogeneous compression combustion device based on the application of the Internet of Things,the remote laboratory measurement and control system is developed.The server program is developed with the Netty network framework to realize the low-level data reception and forwarding,maintain the connection between the client and the My SQL database,and meet the high-performance and high-concurrency network requirements.Design the Web page client through Java Script,CSS,HTML and other technologies to realize convenient and efficient remote interaction functions.According to the experimental data requirements of the research group,the communication protocol is established,and the remote database is designed and established,so that the research group can conduct unified management of the previous experimental test data.The entire system was tested by unit testing,and the results showed that the sampling frequency of a single photoelectric sensor reached 9.3k Hz,which met the real-time sampling requirements of the compression combustion device.Compared with the original data acquisition system,the multi-channel data sampling method has a significant improvement in sampling accuracy.The remote laboratory real-time measurement and control platform has achieved good results in web page resource loading and interactive operation functions.The communication function between the web client and the server reflects extremely high versatility and real-time.
