Busbar is a kind of conductor, and is made of high conductivity of copper or aluminum. The cross section is rectangular and circular. Commonly used in high voltage electrical cabinet, it have strong current collection and distribution capacity. With the rapid development of electric power industry. The demand of busbar is increasing. And the processing is increasing complex, the length of machining program is increased. At present, busbar manufacturing machine of the domestic market use manual programming, the program writing and proofreading are completed by the programmer. This way of working can’t meet the development of the production of busbar.SDYJ40 machining center is a kind of busbar processing equipment, It can complete the processing of punching, embossing, shearing and bending. And the core of control system is PLC + touch screen, the programming method is manual programming. In order to improve the automation degree of SDYJ40 processing center. Based on the original control system, developing control system with drawing, computer aided programming, machining simulation and other functions.In this paper, the graphics, programming and simulation based on touch screen are studied. The studied of graphics mainly include data storage, graphic expression, algorithm, editing and file management. The method of parameterized drawing is used. The straight line, circle, rectangle and multi-rectangle are came true. It has the function of withdrawn, restore, zoom, open, and so on.The studied of aided programming mainly include data conversion, coordinate transformation, mould parameter expression, graphics sorting, program generation. The core of aided programming is one by one comparison of the characteristic parameters of hole and mould. If both have the same characteristic parameters, the corresponding processing program is generated. According to the processing program and mould parameters, the machining effect is simulated. The accuracy of program is easy judged.The core of studied is data structure. According to the storage space and characteristics of touch screen, the sequential storage structure is used. According to the length of message, messages are classified, storage by class. This system has two sets of data, graphics data and aided manufacturing data. Mapping data is the core of all the data, store the drawings information parameters. Aided manufacturing data is obtained by the mapping data. It is the core data of programming and simulation.
