Study Of Mobile Bealthcare Management Service Of Weight Based On Context Theories

Along with the development of society and economy, people live in a better life. But more than having a basic life style, people needs a higher quality of life and healthcare service. Nowadays, Internet is developed rapidly. Smartphones are used wildly. Technology of sensors, like Bluetooth are improved fast. Big data system is established in no time. All of these made the mobile services developed fast.Taking service design as a starting point, and after researching the related theories, the article would do research on the processes and the methods of the service product design, methods of user experience design and background information and research result about mobile healthcare service. Also, the article would research on context theory, explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge. Then, based on the context theory, the article would use the generalized context analysis theory to analyze among user, environment and product, so that the context of the mobile healthcare service is established. After that, the article would use the narrow context analysis theory to get the implicit demands through analyze the interactive relation between user and product, user and environment, product and environment. Being classified, the implicit demands would be explicatively designed in different levels with different methods. Thus, the design process could be made in a more efficient and more reasonable way. And, the design product would be more suitable for user, and would also provide a more excellent user experience.Finally, the article takes a healthy management service system based on the weight of the women during pregnancy as a design case. Nowadays, the service system for women during pregnancy has just started. Especially the personalized product for pregnancy period is not mature. There is a great gap between the demands and provides in the market of pregnancy healthcare product. This article is intended to establish a service product process model through context system establishment, implicit demands finding and explicit elements designing. With both software part and hardware part, the service product would be designed based on service design methods and context theories to meets the demands of the women during pregnancy. The article tries to establish a healthcare service management system focus on the weight of women during pregnancy with the aspects of data collecting, data analyzing, advice providing and life management, and finally providing a reasonable, convenient and scientific personalized healthcare management service product.
