| Distributed photovoltaic power generation is one of the significant development directions of future power sector. In recent years, Distributed photovoltaic power generation has presented the situation of explosive growth.Because of the limited capacity of distributed photovoltaic power generation and the small project scale of it, therefore, it usually joins up the power distribution network under 10 kV. In our country, although the designing institution engaged in designing distribution network has advantages in technical aspect, the short of EPC experience frequently brings about the result that the quality, schedule and cost of the project are hard to reach the request that construction unit expected, when these designing institutes take on distributed photovoltaic power generation EPC business. This current situation has become the important element that affects our country’s benign development of distributed photovoltaic power generation.On the basis of seriously researching the operated and managed characteristics of distributed photovoltaic power generation, this text applies the theory and method of project management of EPC into the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation. Under the theoretical framework of EPC general contracting management, this text combines the real process of distributed photovoltaic power generation project construction to respectively proceed applied research on management problems of the preliminary planning, engineering design, construction and completed acceptance stage of distributed photovoltaic power generation project. On this basis, this thesis has summarized a set of project management method of photovoltaic plant overall process that is perfect and suitable to the situation of China. Through the promotion and application of this method, the efficiency of EPC management can be improved so as to further promote the development of our country’s photovoltaic power generation enterprise business. |
