To give full play to the existing advantages of convenient transport hub station, convenience and win the market, new high speed rail access to the hub station, signal system need to upgrade system, and to ensure interoperability between ground vehicle different formats of signal system and signal system construction debugging and commissioning test is a more complex task.The main content of this paper is:First of all, through the equipment of signal system CTCS-0 level and CTCS-2 architecture analysis, the study of signal system CTCS-0 level upgrade is composed of CTCS-2 level engineering major projects and acceptance work, and further analysis the check and acceptance of construction organization and management of all aspects of the key elements.Secondly, the methods of risk management of existing railway signal system from CTCS-0 upgrade existing CTCS-2 level engineering construction and acceptance of the project risk identification, analysis and evaluation, puts forward the risk control measures.Finally to the construction of the opening of the organization scheme of station interlocking test check for reference, the use of network planning technique in the critical path, time parameter estimation method, the station interlocking opening test acceptance of the project management process work breakdown of interlocking route test and check the last time, interlocking test check time estimates, from the time and workload structure of optimization acceptance opening organization scheme.And explores on the opening of the railway signal system construction approval organization optimization feasibility, for project management organization, construction units and equipment maintenance management units such as project management, construction organization, the organization of acceptance by on the existing railway station to C2 level interlock open test scheme optimization research for reference.Keywords:Interlocking test;Risk assessment; maintenance decision; Station signal system; Time optimization...
