With the improvement of life level, more and more people buy cars, the number of carsto increase year by year, and at the same time, traffic accidents also occur frequently;on theoccupant protection device research needs through impact test test. As a result of this test arehigh dangerous and destructive, so this kind of collision test is no way by real people tocomplete, by the need to replace human to complete the test dummy. According to thehuman engineering, the structure and characteristics of people as well as the size of the body,after a lot of autopsy to get the important data information, so as to develop analog type(dummy). Sensor inside the dummy is the detecting element, data produced by the need tomeet regulatory requirements, and to determine the validity and authenticity of multi-channelcollision data requires a lot of data accumulation, analysis and fusion of multi channel data isvery necessary. Vehicle collision test is used for the main means of automobile safetyevaluation, every new car must be auto crash test before listing. The data acquisition systemis an indispensable crash test, data acquisition parameters by such a device to measure thevehicle in collision process regulation required parts,according to these information fusionanalysis of data, in order to reduce the test data between different laboratories, may appear indifferent test conditions difference, analysis the need for filtering on the measurement objectin different positions in accordance with the SAE requirements of J211data fusion,regulations in the test is described in the form of channel frequency class, CFC points outthat the data channel frequency response in its prescribed limit frequency range, and theprovisions of the four data channel frequency class CFC1000, CFC60, CFC180and CFC600CFC data, to maximally flat frequency representation in the amplitude in the frequencydomain. The analysis is based on research and regulatory requirements injury index on thedummy in the data integration of multi-channel data analysis, judge of the result has theimportant meaning to the development and design of vehicle passive safety products.
