Along with our country infrastructure construction projects on the sustained and stable growth, the bridge construction has been rapid development, box girderbridge with its good section stress characteristics,plays an important role in the bridge construction. However, in the natural environment of the concrete box girderbridge has occurred because of the temperature stress caused by the crack accident, caused wide spread concern and attention of the engineering field to concrete temperature stress and temperature distribution of the bridge structure, gradually realize that the temperature stress of bridge structures subjected to impact force performance.Based on the temperature effect of the concrete box girder bridge on the previous analysis, summarizes the basic theory and calculation method of concrete box girder bridge temperature field and temperature stress;through the establishment of a concrete box girder temperature scale model, to simulate the solar radiation in summer in indoor, through continuous observation, this box girder of accurate temperature field and temperature effect; the test data obtained from thedetailed analysis, the rule of temperature field of box girder section in each part; at the same time for concrete box girder of reduced scale model, using the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the distribution of temperature field of box girder, and the compare the data to calculate the temperature field of the test data and the finite element simulation results. According to the comparative analysis of the results, select the part of the observation point temperature values along the vertical section, fitting out the mode of temperature gradient and the results were compared with some countries regulate the temperature gradient mode; finally, on thebasis of the above study, the coupled analysis function of ANSYS software to get heat box girder temperature maximum time temperature stress field, the comparison of calculated and measured on the box girder temperature values of the stress field of box girder bridge, gives the temperature should be some suggestions considering the effect of stress.In this paper, based on the actual application of theoretical knowledge, and the finite element analysis software, the temperature field and temperature effect of the concrete box girder, the results have the certain reference value to the application and the corresponding structure design and construction and research.
