| The rapid economic development makes the city’s business atmosphere increasingly strong, and the consumption level increase gradually makes the residents’ leisure entertainment demand increase,the space of leisure and entertainment have become more and more picky. As an important part of commercial street in the city construction can not be ignored is becoming one of the criteria to measure the city development level and the grade of the city, the most prosperous city in English brilliant commercial center called "downtown" also have this meaning.
