The Design And Implementation Of The Parking Lot Business Entrance Control System

In china, most of the parking lot in enterprises set up the business entrance,which for the use of internal work vehicles and external VIP vehicles.At present,most of the parking lot business entrance use human to distinguish the user type and control vehicles approach,which not only occupy the human resource,but also in the rush hour,which produce lots of problem such as parking lot entrance blocked. In this paper,aiming at the parking lot business entrance control system deficiencies,which combine with license plate recognition(VLPR),brake control technology and database technology,putting forward a kind of business entrance VIP vehicle automatic admission control system solutions,which implements business entrance VIP vehicles fast,automated entry.This system builds on general parking lot entrance system,and system can be divided into hardware and software part. In hardware part,design a embedded controller which based on STM32 instead of the original control system,which as the core control unit,and coordinate the original system in the sense of the position of the coil and cameras,and to the number of the coil.In software part,use C# language design the entrance software and use C language design the embedded controller working process in the keil platform.Entrance software design of four modulesrimage acquisition module,RS485 data transmission module,vehicle registration information acquisition module and database read and write module.RS485 data transmission module used to receive instruction control board sent to capture images,and called image acquisition module to collect the license plate image.After image collection,system automatic call license plate information acquisition module,and save the registration information.Database read and write module establish two database tables at software initialization time,one table used to save free parking user information,and another one used to save entry vehicle information.After license plate recognition,Firstly,system determine the user type.Secondly,system through the data transmission module send panel control brake switch instructions.At last,after vehicle entry,system save plate number,entry time to database.The laboratory environment test and the scene test for a period of three months operation show that:This system can effectively achieve the VIP vehicle automatic quick entry,and VIP vehicles pass rate above 96 percent. System effectively solve the parking lot business entry vehicle congestion problem and the waste of the human resources,and this topic design concept can be applied to extend other charges channel in the parking lot.
